Course Kayak
It takes place at Lake Bilancino in Mugello and on the Arno river at the Circolo Marina di Candeli. It is aimed at beginners and allows to approach the kayak by learning the fundamentals of paddling and safety maneuvers in flat water and easy currents.
For beginners allows to approach the kayak, to learn the basic paddle technique and the fundamental safety maneuvers in the green hills of Mugello.
Period: March/November
Duration: 3 lessons for a total of 7 hours in the water

Guided kayak excursions
Guided exploration of the Bilancino lake, for beginners allows to approach the kayak, to learn the basic paddle technique and the fundamental safety maneuvers in the green hills of Mugello.
Guided descents of the Sieve, Serchio and Lima rivers aimed at canoeists with some experience, allow to improve the technical gesture of the paddling and learn the river reading by managing the canoe in easy currents and in the water immersed in the most beautiful river scenery in Tuscany.

course to learn the eschimo technique, suitable for beginners. The course will be held in groups from September to February. it lasts 4 lessons, in a heated indoor pool.
