Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions governing the requests of the Customers are listed below, unless otherwise indicated and / or agreed upon during the actual booking. However, the Management reserves the right to change the conditions for new requests without notice.

Booking procedure
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract for any of the subjects.
In case of actual availability, a communication will be sent to the Customer containing a summary of the conditions for the requested service (dates and relative amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within the required deadline will result in the cancellation of the request.

The booking contract can also be made by paying the total amount or a deposit by credit card, bank transfer or cash payment.

Booking confirmation by deposit
The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit which must be made no later than 3 days from the date of booking.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash payment, Credit card

Deadline for payment of the deposit: 3 day (s)
In case of confirmation of the reservation by credit card, the customer authorizes the debit of the amount of the deposit at the same time as sending their data.

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the deposit paid will not be returned.

Other information regarding the reservation
In case of early departure, the Management reserves the right to request the full amount of the rafting booked.
