The purpose of this site is to promote and offer information about the outdoor services offered by Lucca Rafting ASD, including the ability to request reservations.
2 Acceptance
By browsing the site, you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3 Services offered
The site allows:
- The request for information or reservations through the form
- The consultation of activities and costs
- Newsletter subscription
4 Booking procedure
Any reservation will be confirmed by email or telephone. The request for availability is not binding and does not take the form of a contract for any of the parties.
In the event of actual availability, a communication will be sent to the Client containing a summary of the conditions for the requested service (dates and related amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within the required time will result in cancellation of the request.
The reservation contract can also be made by paying the total amount or a deposit by credit card, bank transfer or cash payment.
5 Payment terms and related penalties
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash payment, Credit card
Deadline for deposit payment: 3 day(s)
In case of confirmation of the reservation by credit card, the Client authorizes the charge of the amount of the deposit at the same time as sending his/her data.
6 Withdrawal and Refunds
Pursuant to Articles 49, 52 and 59(n) of the D. Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code). , the consumer is informed that:
- Reservations made through this site are for services related to leisure activities, with a specific date or period of performance.
- According toArticle 59(n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure, if the contract stipulates a specific date or period of performance.
- Therefore, once the reservation is confirmed, the user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, except in the case of cancellation by the organizer or force majeure.
However, Lucca Rafting ASD is committed to carefully evaluate any request for cancellation, postponement or refund, as far as possible, according to fairness and availability criteria.
7 Responsibilities
Lucca Rafting strives to keep the information up-to-date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free. It is not responsible for:
- Damages resulting from misuse of the site
- Temporary interruptions of web services
- Content of third-party sites linked
8 Intellectual Property
All contents of the site (texts, images, logos, videos) are owned or licensed by Lucca Rafting ASD. Reproduction, even in part, without permission is prohibited.
9 Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication.
10 Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Court of Lucca.
